What if the minimum number of people don’t buy the deal?

If the minimum isn’t met by the end of the deal then anyone who has bought the deal will get a full refund.

When will the deal end?

The deal will end when the countdown-timer on the site gets to 0 or the deal sells out, whichever comes first.

When will my voucher be e-mailed to me?

The vouchers will be e-mailed out within 24 hours of the end of the deal.

Where is my voucher?

If it is has been more than 24 hours since the deal ended and you still don’t have your voucher please try the following steps.

• Please check you junk mail folder.
• If you paid using PayPal check the inbox and junk mail folders for your PayPal e-mail address.
• If you still can’t find it please e-mail support@isleofdeals.com

Can I buy more than one voucher?

Yes you can buy multiple vouchers as gifts for friends but only one voucher can be used per person.

Can I buy a voucher if I don’t have a PayPal account?

Yes, you can pay using PayPal or by debit or credit card.

How long are vouchers valid for?

Vouchers are usually valid for a considerable amount of time; please check the fine print on the deal for the exact time.
